CQuest Assessment Software Overview

CQuest Assessment Software is a set of teaching tools used for creating and administering computerized tests, exams, practice tests, and tutorials for any subject. Some uses of CQuest include: Preparation for certification tests or for organizational learning as tutorials, exams, tests, quizzes and questionnaires, and feedback instruments. CQuest is used by organizational training professionals, learning officers, compliance officers, educational institutions, and those involved in human resource. CQuest Assessment Software provides the means to easily and efficiently create training, assessment and compliance instruments. CQuest assessments may be delivered on several platforms: Windows Local Area Networks (LANs), non-networked PCs, Intranet servers, and Internet servers. Each platform provides tools for:

• Authoring: Create Exams, Tests, Quizzes, Tutorials and Training Material Content.

• Create an unlimited amount of Question Databases. A database may contain one or many tests.

• Common Questions: enter only once, with the ability to link a question to many tests

• Enter content for any subject matter

• Choose from several types of Questions: multiple choice, true/false, check all that apply, fill in the blank, and information segments.

• Include graphics and/or video with each question or learning segment

• Tutorials: Create self-paced learning segments, such as policies and procedures, regulations, academic information.

• Tutorials can be followed by immediate quiz to insure material was read.




• Student and Test Administration

• Manage Student Records: Login IDs, personal information, notes

• Includes items for organizational information, and demographic information, and generate reports based on those items.

• Optionally restrict students to a specific test folder. The databases can be organized into departmental folders, class folders, practice test folders, etc.




• Online Testing and Training

• Students may take actual exams or practice tests.

• Students may read online tutorials, or organizational information.

• Instant feedback available. Provide online test results and test reviews.

• Results are immediately available for reporting
