CQuest Publisher is a test authoring and distribution system, that provides test publishers with the ability to distribute computerized tests to their customers, using the CQuest test software engine. Many sell the tests via CDs , along with other test preparation material, while some just sell the CDs or downloads. CQuest Publisher is for commercial test distribution where the test results are retained by the publishers' customers.
