A: Pricing is based on what your needs will be. You select the software configuration that will be the maximum number of CONCURRENT test takers at any one time. For example, if you will have no more than 50 people taking the test at any one time you would select that configuration. You could have the software installed on 100 computers in your office, but only 50 will be able to access the testing software at any one time. If you will have more than one administrator/test creator you would want to upgrade your license to a higher count of administrators also. Our cost effective testing solution does not include charges based on the number of tests administered like other software does.

A: Tests are graded automatically and upon test completion are immediately available in the administrative area for creating reports.

A: Yes. A CQuest database may contain many different tests. You can set randomization options to take a specified number of questions from one test, or select from among many tests. Each time a test is taken, a different set of questions will be generated. If many students are taking a test in the lab, the people next to each other will not have exactly the same questions and question orders. For students practicing for certification exams, they may want to take a test repeatedly, receiving a different set of questions each time.

A: There are a couple features that make cheating very difficult. You can create randomized tests like in the example above, or you can have any test scramble the question order. In the second option everyone gets the same questions, just not in the same order. This makes memorizing an answer pattern useless. Also, you will find in the reporting function it records the amount of time a student spends on a test. If everyone spends 30min to complete a given test and you have a couple students with good scores and very low amount of time on the test, it may indicate they have been cheating.
