Maintenance Agreement
Maintenance Agreement subscribers are privy to free software updates and upgrades as well as Live Technical Support. All of our customers who have a current maintenance agreement, or SUMA(Software Update Maintenance Agreement) enjoy the benefits of live over-the-phone-support, remote desktop support, and priority e-mail response. Customers who do not have a current maintenance agreement only have access to non-priority e-mail technical support and will not recieve free updates.
Software Updates
Free updates are available to customers with a current SUMA. If you have a current SUMA you will receive an e-mail at your registered e-mail address when updates are available. To check to see if you have the latest updates follow these instructions.
